Universal Studios Hollywood has a lot to see, and if you are going for the first time, you might have a hard time navigating it all. The Universal app makes the whole experience much easier.
With the app, you can check current wait times for attractions in the park. This is much easier than having to look for a board in the park displaying the times, instead you can just take out your phone! You can also get show performance schedules for the day.
A helpful feature is setting alerts when rides reach a certain wait time. For example, you don't feel like waiting an hour for Transformers, you can set an alert and know when the ride reaches a wait time under 20 minutes.

The app has a great map of the park showing where you can find rides, shows, restaurants, restrooms, etc.
You can also make an itinerary ahead of time of what you want to see in the park, to make sure you cover everything you wanted to do.
You can set a reminder on where you parked based on your section, level, and aisle.
The app also include information about shops at the CityWalk!
